PAYMENT TERMS For Wholesale customers

To place a Wholesale Order

1.Wholesale Bulk orders only
Simply login and shop. When you are finished shopping go to Checkout and confirm your order and pre-shipping subtotal. Checkout as pay by phone to complete.
Shipping will be calculated once the order is packed and we will contact you with the final total.

2.Once we have assessed the order we will contact you with the total including shipping.
Your credit card details will be necessary to proceed at this time.

3.On receipt of your payment the order will be shipped within 2-3days.

Note:

Orders will not begin to be processed until valid payment details are confirmed
No charges will be added to your card until you have confirmed the final total including shipping.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Bayshore Imports is not responsible for in-store breakage.

CANCELLATIONS
All orders cancelled within 3 days of requested shipping date will carry a restocking fee of 10% of the value of the order.

RETURN POLICY

Every item Bayshore Imports ships has been inspected for defects and breakage. Should any breakage occur during shipping, please notify the courier immediately and/or refuse the delivery of the package. It is important that you retain original shipping packaging for inspection by the courier.

If an item is deemed defective or not as ordered you must notify Bayshore Imports within 7 days. Please call to receive return authorization before you send anything back for credit or replacement. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the authorization number. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

SHIPPING
Bayshore Imports ships Bulk Wholesale orders anywhere within Canada & the United States. Orders must be paid in full prior to shipping. Bayshore Imports will notify you once your order is ready, and ship upon receipt of payment.

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS
Bayshore Imports ships with Canpar or Canada post. The cost of shipping is dependent on the weight, dimensions, number of package(s) and the distance of the shipment from Bath Ontario Canada.

U.S. and International Customers
Bayshore Imports ships with Canada Post unless otherwise arranged .

DUTIES and BROKERAGE FEES
The customer (importer) is responsible for paying any duty and brokerage owed on an import. You will be contacted and informed of the duty and brokerage by the courier used for your order.

Wholesale bulk orders, Bayshore Imports will calculate the exact shipping cost once the order has been packed for shipment. Depending on the size and weight of the items ordered.

ORDER CONTRACT
Once the customer has placed an order and has been provided with an order confirmation, they are deemed legally responsible for the order as per the Terms & Conditions provided. Bayshore Imports reserves the right to terminate any order contract, without notice, if customers do not abide by the terms & conditions provided.
